I found these apartments were very clean and great location. For the price it was great value. Would recommend to friends and would stay again. Staff very friebdly

Low price and good position, Internet included in the price (only available at reception)

Dirty (cucarachas walking in the kitchen), swimming pool in the shadow and in the smog of a busy road, absolutely not usable, sad and poor furniture, tv not included.

The location.

Very dissapointing. Best description - fawlty towers. Arrived 7.45. Greeted by lady who only spoke Spanish who was leaving at 20.00. She advised another resident in spanish to inform us in english that one of two reserved accomodation was unavailable. Handed keys & told to take taxi elsewhere. Could not advise where the other accomodation was. One person had to stay in these apartments, other had to move! We refused and had to share the one room. Three days later they provided the reserved accomodation. No Wifi throughout as stated. Keys did not always work.

Friendly helpfull people who speaks Spanish very well. In case of issues the employees are able to help in Spanish or taking the needed time to understand and solve issues. Cleaning each neccesarily 1-2 days the needed things in the appartment.

No sun in in Januari and Februari in the appartment and also swimmingpool covered in shadow, suppose it will be covered in shadow till march or april ! Wish i had that information earlier...... Clean towels and floor each two days, and friendly employees who speaks Spanish very well :-) ! 2 euro each day for using television and 10 euro guarantee needed, wich is hard to understand in Spanish. Channels are in English, Italian, Spanish, German, Canarian. Nice clean appartment with tiling design and Cararra marmer salon table. Nice bathroom with bath and boiler for 5 minutes of water, just enough for shower and cooking at the 2 cooking plates. Also a well working smokedetector for your own safety !

Its was in great location near to everything the beach, restraunts and nightclubs and also u can forget the shopping.

It was near at beach and Yumbo centrum.

Apartamentos Monterrey Playa del Ingles. Cheched in by Maria (the Manager) was very easy. She showed us to our room which was spotless. Great location. Near the beach, down a slight incline (no steps). Central to all Shopping and Nightlife. Car hire and Taxi rank 300m. Good sized pool with lots of sunbeds.
